In the heart of Loutolim, where sedge grass once grew wild around ponds and coconut groves still shade winding roads, a story began in 1995.

Maendra Alvares, an artist who chose creativity over convention, saw something others missed. Beyond the beaches that drew the world to Goa lay a treasure; the rhythms of village life, the wisdom of traditional crafts, the soul of a culture shaped by centuries. He asked himself a question. What if these stories could be preserved not in books or photographs, but in something you could walk through, breathe in, and touch?
